Our group’s goal is to educate trans-identifying individuals, family members, and communities on the importance of gender-affirming care. It is our hope that this site serves as a connection for LGBTQIA community members to one another and any support they may have available. We hope to improve family and community knowledge of what gender-affirming care is and the importance of access to it for individuals transitioning or questioning their gender identity.
